
Im having a terrible craving for a bagel. Hard to believe it's been 4 weeks since I was able to enjoy anything in the bread family. But out of nowhere I was hit with a craving for a bagel. This was my first serious craving. And a Bagel? Really? Why not pizza or something of much more awesome taste.
I've come to the decision today that my exercise goals/plans are satisfying me. I think I'm gonna jump the gun on the roller skating and start soon. Not joing a derby just yet, but skating. With children and/or friends. When I was about 10 up until about 13 I used to go skating at least once a week at the rink (it was a cool 80's thing to do lol, in my hypercolor t-shirt). I was good, but that was 15 years, 4 kids and 100 lbs ago. I think it'll be a fun thing to get me out of the house and a bonus that its gonna burn some calories and allow me to make it easier to acheive my ultimate goal of being a sexy derby girl.
It's funny that you mentioned you were craving a bagel cause I had the same craving just last week. However I am not as stricted as you and allow myself 2 starches a day, sometimes a slice of toast with my egg and sometimes it's carrots (or a bite of my sons pasta! - LOL). I'm not sure I could resist my addiction to carbs and instead of binging I allow myself a small carb. Which is probably why you are loosing more then I!! ;) Keep it up, your doing great!!
